Warming gel should not be applied to the face or sensitive areas. A test for sensitivity is recommended on the inside of the forearm 24 hours prior to application in other areas.
Use during pregnancy is not recommended. Safety during pregnancy has not been established.
It is indicated with temporary relief of aches and pains of muscles or joints. It can be used for this indication before or after exercise as long as application is no more than 3-4 times daily
